Go to Products >Import, and click “Choose File” to import the spreadsheet. You can also create additional columns named “gallery_image_url1,” “gallery_image_url2,” and so on to upload other photos for your products. Remember that to get the link, you need to right-click on the photo, select “Get link,” and click “Copy link” in the window that opens. Step 6. Open the spreadsheet, look for the “image_url” column, and paste the link to each image. Step 5. Go to Products >Export and export your existing product lists. NOTE: If you have created subfolders within the main folder for your product images, you will need to repeat this process for each subfolder. Make sure you check the “Viewers and commenters can see the option to download, print, and copy” option. Then, right-click anywhere within the folder, select “Share” in the window that opens, and click the “Settings” icon (gear). You can choose all pictures in the folder by selecting the first image, scrolling to the bottom, holding down the “Shift” or “command” button, and clicking on the final image (this will select all images in the folder). Step 4. Enable sharing your images without doing the same process for each image. If the permission status under “Get link” shows Restricted, click the option underneath to “Change to anyone with the link.” You can leave this set to “Viewer” in the toggle that appears to the right. Step 3. Right-click on the folder you created, and select “Share” in the window that opens. Step 2. Upload your images onto Google Drive, placing them in your newly created folder. Step 1.
